- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges or rounds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, honey, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Pat sweet potatoes dry before roasting for better crispiness.
- Adjust chili flakes to suit your preferred spice level.
