Ingredients
- Cream Cheese: 16 oz, softened
- Sugar: 2/3 cup
- Eggs: 2 large
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1 cup
- Butter: 4 tablespoons, melted
- Green Food Coloring: a few drops
- Red Sprinkles: for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each liner.
