Description

Festive mini cheesecakes inspired by the Grinch, featuring creamy green filling, crumbly graham cracker crusts, and red sprinkle decorations for a playful holiday treat


Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese: 16 oz, softened
  • Sugar: 2/3 cup
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1 cup
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons, melted
  • Green Food Coloring: a few drops
  • Red Sprinkles: for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of each liner.
