Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season beef tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill beef for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches desired doneness (125°F for medium-rare). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
- While beef rests, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and toast for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Spread a thin layer of Béarnaise sauce on each crostini or drizzle after topping with beef.
- Place a slice of beef tenderloin on each toasted baguette piece.
- Drizzle with more Béarnaise sauce if desired and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
