Grilled Asparagus Salad with Feta & Lemon is a bright, fresh side dish made with tender grilled asparagus, creamy feta cheese, and a zesty lemon vinaigrette.

- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Drizzle the asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the asparagus for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, garlic, and lemon zest to make the dressing.
- Transfer grilled asparagus to a serving platter and drizzle with the lemon vinaigrette.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley, if using.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use grilled zucchini or green beans as a substitute for asparagus.
- Add toasted almonds or pine nuts for extra crunch.
- This salad pairs well with grilled chicken or fish.
