Description

Green Tea, Lemon & Ginger Chews are natural, chewy bites packed with the immune-boosting benefits of green tea, zesty lemon, and warming ginger—perfect for a soothing treat or a wellness boost on the go.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup green tea, brewed strong
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Powdered sugar or cornstarch for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of green tea and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and measure out 1 cup.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brewed tea, lemon juice, ginger, honey, and sugar. Stir continuously until sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue cooking until it reaches the hard ball stage (250–265°F or 121–129°C) on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and carefully pour the mixture into a parchment-lined or silicone mold tray.
  5. Let the mixture cool completely at room temperature (about 1–2 hours) until firm.
  6. Cut into small squares or use molds to form individual chews. Dust with powdered sugar or cornstarch to prevent sticking, if desired.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy shaping and removal.
  • Add more or less ginger depending on how spicy you want the chews.
  • These chews can help soothe sore throats and support immunity.
