Golden Grahams Bars are a no-bake, gooey, crunchy treat made with graham cereal, melted marshmallows, and chocolate. Perfect for parties, bake sales, or sweet cravings.

- 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 5 cups mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add 4 cups marshmallows and chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Place Golden Grahams cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted mixture over cereal and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Fold in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down gently with a greased spatula.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Lift from the pan, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Grease your spatula or hands to prevent sticking when pressing the bars.
- Do not overheat the marshmallow mixture to keep it soft and chewy.
- Top with extra marshmallows or chocolate chips for decoration before setting.
