Description

This Golden-Brown Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread is a low-carb version of a classic comfort food. Soft, fluffy, and lightly sweet, it uses keto-friendly condensed milk to add richness and tenderness to every bite—perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack with tea.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup keto sweetened condensed milk (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional, for softer texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream (if using) until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth, thick batter forms.
  5. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 40–50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

  • For best texture, do not overmix the batter.
  • This bread keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days or can be frozen.
  • Use unsweetened condensed milk if you prefer to control sweetness with another sweetener.
  • Toast slices and serve with butter or low-carb jam for a delicious treat.
