Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 100 grams unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water
- 150 grams goat cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare tart pan.
- Mix flour and salt, rub in cold butter until crumbly, then add cold water gradually to form dough.
- Roll out dough and press into tart molds evenly.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese, egg, honey, thyme, pepper, and salt. Spoon into tart shells and top with walnuts.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle extra honey if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
