  • Ground Beef: 1 pound
  • Yellow Onion: 1 small, finely diced
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 1 can (8-count)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or skillet.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a skillet, cook beef and onions until browned. Drain, then mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheddar, and mozzarella.
