Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a saucepan over medium heat and let it warm gently.
  2. Add butter and olive oil, then stir until melted and combined.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, without browning.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  5. Let the sauce simmer gently for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
