Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy parmesan shells for the ultimate comforting dinner. Quick, flavorful, and unforgettable.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 8 oz Shell Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Set a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and bring a pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Season cubed steak with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix cream and grated parmesan.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, add olive oil and sear steak pieces for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter and garlic, stirring until fragrant. Add the cream and cheese mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Let sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain pasta.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta and steak into the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
  • Don’t overcrowd the skillet when searing steak.
  • A splash of pasta water helps create a silky sauce.
