Description

Soft, warm, and fluffy Oreo cinnamon rolls filled with crushed cookies, sweet cinnamon sugar, and topped with creamy frosting.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Add eggs, melted butter, remaining sugar, and salt. Mix in flour gradually until a soft dough forms, then knead 5–7 minutes.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Roll dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle. Spread with butter, sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos, then roll tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
  5. Arrange rolls in the prepared dish, let rise 30 minutes, then bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  6. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then frost warm rolls.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use dental floss for clean roll slicing.
  • Frost while rolls are warm for maximum melt.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep soft.
