- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Add eggs, melted butter, remaining sugar, and salt. Mix in flour gradually until a soft dough forms, then knead 5–7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Roll dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle. Spread with butter, sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos, then roll tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
- Arrange rolls in the prepared dish, let rise 30 minutes, then bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then frost warm rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Use dental floss for clean roll slicing.
- Frost while rolls are warm for maximum melt.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep soft.
