- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix the yeast mixture, melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Stir until the dough comes together, then knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (about 12×18 inches).
- Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates over the butter mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log. Slice the log into 12 equal rolls and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rise for 30-45 minutes, or until puffy and nearly doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing by whisking together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable.
- Once the rolls are baked, drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and garnish with whole Ferrero Rocher chocolates if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- If you prefer a softer texture, cover the rolls with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
