This easy spinach artichoke dip is a creamy, cheesy crowd-pleaser, packed with spinach, artichokes, and savory flavor — perfect for parties, game day, or snacking.

- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, bread, or veggies.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Use fresh spinach (sautéed and chopped) instead of frozen if desired.
