Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of kosher salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
