- 10.5-ounce can cream of celery soup
- 10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6-ounce box chicken stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and black pepper, then arrange them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix with chicken broth and stir until evenly moistened.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup layer.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the casserole is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
