- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 250 grams ground beef
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, cook onion and garlic until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then let simmer briefly.
- Press dumpling wrappers into each muffin cup to form small cups.
- Add a spoon of meat mixture, a layer of ricotta, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Repeat layers once more in each cup.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Sprinkle parmesan on top, let cool slightly, then remove and serve.
Notes
- Do not overfill the cups to avoid spilling while baking.
- Let them cool slightly before removing to help them hold shape.
- You can substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey.
- Add fresh herbs on top for extra flavor.
