- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In the baking dish, combine tortellini (uncooked), chicken, Alfredo sauce, milk, Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
