Description

A bold and flavorful fusion dish combining spiced ground beef, fresh vegetables, and creamy yogurt sauce wrapped in soft flatbread for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 soft flatbread
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to prepare the sauce.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper, then cook while breaking it apart.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
  6. Warm the flatbread and prepare the chopped vegetables.
  7. Fill each flatbread with cooked beef, top with vegetables, drizzle yogurt sauce, and sprinkle parsley before serving.
