- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to prepare the sauce.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper, then cook while breaking it apart.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
- Warm the flatbread and prepare the chopped vegetables.
- Fill each flatbread with cooked beef, top with vegetables, drizzle yogurt sauce, and sprinkle parsley before serving.
