Ingredients
- Almonds: 10 pieces (soaked and peeled)
- Cashews: 8 pieces (soaked)
- Dates: 5, pitted and chopped
- Dried Figs (Anjeer): 2 pieces, soaked (optional)
- Milk: 2 cups, full-fat and chilled
- Cardamom Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Saffron Strands: A few, soaked in 1 tablespoon warm milk
- Chopped Pistachios: 1 tablespoon, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Ensure your blender and all ingredients are clean and chilled.
- Combine Ingredients: Add soaked almonds, cashews, dates, figs, cardamom powder, and a little milk to the blender.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Soak saffron in warm milk separately.
- Assemble the Dish: Blend the nuts and fruits into a smooth paste. Add remaining milk and saffron-infused milk.
- Cook to Perfection: Blend well until the milkshake is smooth and frothy.
- Finishing Touches: Pour into glasses and garnish with pistachios and saffron.
