Description

Dill Pickle Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a bold, creamy twist on the classic Alfredo. Juicy chicken, tangy dill pickles, and a rich garlic Parmesan sauce come together in a pasta dish that’s zesty, comforting, and unforgettable.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add chopped pickles and pickle juice, stirring for 1–2 minutes to release flavor.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and let cook for 3–4 minutes to slightly thicken.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, add cooked pasta, and toss everything to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
