- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the box)
- 1 cup edible cookie dough, cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter.
- Place a few chunks of cookie dough in the center of each cup.
- Top with remaining brownie batter, covering the cookie dough completely.
- Sprinkle chopped cherries and chocolate chips over the top of each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the edges comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before removing from the tin and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

- Use edible cookie dough to ensure safety when baking.
- Fresh or dried cherries can substitute maraschino cherries if preferred.
