Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: If using a skillet, heat it over medium heat. If using an air fryer, preheat to 375°F.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and chili flakes to create the dressing.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add a touch of oil to your skillet or air fryer tray to prevent sticking.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Toss the tofu cubes in a little bit of the dressing, then cook until golden and crispy (about 6 to 8 minutes). Meanwhile, place the sliced cucumbers and green onions in a large bowl.
