  • 6 pita bread rounds
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Plug in your slow cooker and lightly grease the insert if needed
  2. Combine Ingredients: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken thighs evenly
