- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken in whole blocks.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Let sit uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes, then top with chopped green onions before serving.
