- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low heat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Transfer the cooked beef mixture into the slow cooker.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and beef broth. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Slightly mash some beans for a thicker consistency if desired.
