Description

Golden crispy potatoes roasted to perfection with a parmesan crust, garlic, and herbs. These Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are easy to make, incredibly flavorful, and irresistibly crunchy on the outside with a soft, creamy inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, sliced into thick rounds
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¾ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down, pressing them gently so they lay flat.
  4. Sprinkle the grated parmesan evenly over the tops of the potatoes.
  5. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, until the bottoms are golden and crispy and the parmesan is browned.
  6. Let them cool slightly before loosening with a spatula and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
