- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each asparagus spear first in flour, then in egg, then coat with the panko-Parmesan mixture.
- Place coated asparagus on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce (like marinara or ranch).

- Use thinner asparagus spears for crispier results.
- Add Italian seasoning or paprika for extra flavor in the breading.
