Description

A rich and satisfying breakfast sandwich layered with crispy hash browns, fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and fresh greens between toasted slices of buttery brioche.


Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices Brioche Bread
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 large Russet Potato, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • A handful of Arugula or Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with salt and pepper, pat dry.
  3. Form a patty with the potato mixture and cook in skillet until crispy on both sides, then set aside.
  4. Toast brioche slices in skillet with butter until golden.
  5. Cook eggs to your preference.
  6. Layer cheese, eggs, hash browns, and greens between slices of brioche.
  7. Press sandwich gently and cook until cheese melts and bread is golden.
  8. Let rest, slice, and serve hot.
