Description
Golden, crispy bread rolls filled with a creamy spiced chicken mixture. These are the ultimate comfort snack for teatime or party platters.

- 2 cups Chicken Breast (boiled and shredded)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Coriander (chopped)
- 8 slices White Bread (crusts removed)
- 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- Water (as needed)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Oil (for deep frying)
Instructions
- Set oil to heat in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, green chilies, and coriander. Mix well.
- Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin. Mix flour with water to make a thick sealing paste.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one end of the bread. Roll tightly and seal edges with the flour paste.
- Dip each roll in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp, about 3–4 minutes per roll.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Use slightly stale bread for easier rolling.
- Freeze assembled rolls for up to 2 weeks.
- For a healthier version, bake or air-fry instead of deep frying.
