- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat until ready for frying.
- In one bowl mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl whisk eggs with milk. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Ensure your pan has enough oil to submerge the tenders halfway.
- Coat each piece in flour, dip into egg mixture, then cover with breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch.
- Fry each piece for about 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Place on a wire rack to keep them crisp.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
