Description

Perfectly crispy chicken tenders with a golden crunchy coating and juicy interior, simple to make and incredibly satisfying for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat until ready for frying.
  2. In one bowl mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl whisk eggs with milk. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Ensure your pan has enough oil to submerge the tenders halfway.
  4. Coat each piece in flour, dip into egg mixture, then cover with breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch.
  5. Fry each piece for about 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Place on a wire rack to keep them crisp.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Let coated chicken rest a few minutes before frying for better adhesion.
  • Do not overcrowd the pan to maintain crispiness.
  • Keep oil temperature steady for even cooking.
