- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained if canned)
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Add all the prepared fruit to the bowl and gently fold into the whipped cream mixture until evenly combined.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
- Top with shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.
