Description

This Creamy Whipped Fruit Salad is a light and fluffy dessert salad loaded with fresh fruits, sweet whipped cream, and mini marshmallows. Perfect for potlucks, holidays, or a refreshing summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained if canned)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  3. Add all the prepared fruit to the bowl and gently fold into the whipped cream mixture until evenly combined.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
  • Top with shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.
