Description

A creamy and refreshing smoothie made with sweet strawberries, tropical mango, and nutrient-rich chia seeds, blended to perfection for a healthy breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, mango, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired thickness is reached.
