A comforting baked casserole made with tender chicken, pasta, creamy ranch sauce, and plenty of melted cheese — a family-friendly weeknight dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini), cooked and drained
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add cooked bacon or steamed broccoli for extra flavor and texture.
- Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking.
