Description

A creamy, nutty, and flavorful sauce that comes together in minutes using pantry staples. Perfect for dipping, drizzling, or tossing with noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 35 tablespoons warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of warm water and whisk or blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust water to desired consistency, adding more for a thinner sauce.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro if using.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter for the best texture and flavor.
  • Warm water helps the sauce blend more easily.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week. Thin with water as needed before using.
