- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 3–5 tablespoons warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add 3 tablespoons of warm water and whisk or blend until smooth.
- Adjust water to desired consistency, adding more for a thinner sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro if using.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for the best texture and flavor.
- Warm water helps the sauce blend more easily.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week. Thin with water as needed before using.
