Creamy Jalapeño Dip is a bold and zesty appetizer made with fresh jalapeños, cream cheese, and a touch of lime. It’s smooth, spicy, and perfect for dipping chips, veggies, or spreading on sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add sour cream, cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and blend briefly to combine.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
- Leave some jalapeño seeds in for a spicier dip.
- Can be made a day ahead for even better flavor.
- Great as a spread for tacos, burgers, or wraps.
