- 8 oz twisted pasta (like rotini or fusilli)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir mozzarella or cheddar into the hot pasta until melted and creamy.
- Slice chicken and serve over cheesy twisted pasta. Spoon garlic Parmesan sauce over top. Garnish with parsley if desired.
