- 1.5 pounds raw chicken pieces (boneless, skinless)
- 12 ounces uncooked penne pasta
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Set your crockpot to low heat.
- In the crockpot, add chicken, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
- Stir in uncooked penne pasta.
- Cover and cook for another 20–30 minutes, checking for pasta doneness.
- Once pasta is tender, stir well to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
