This Creamy Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Pasta is the ultimate comfort food made easy! Tender shredded chicken slow-cooked in a rich, creamy ranch sauce and tossed with pasta for a hearty, family-friendly dinner.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add cream of chicken soup, cubed cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred it with two forks, then return to the crock pot and stir to combine with the sauce. Add shredded cheddar if using.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and add to the crock pot. Stir well to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
- You can substitute cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup for variety.
- This dish also works well with cooked rotisserie chicken added in the last hour.
