Description

These creamy chicken and grape yogurt wraps are a refreshing twist on classic chicken salad. Juicy grapes, crunchy celery, and tender chicken are wrapped in whole wheat tortillas for a quick, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, halved grapes, chopped celery, green onions, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. If desired, warm tortillas in a skillet for 10 seconds on each side to soften.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat, place a lettuce leaf in the center, and spoon a generous amount of chicken mixture on top.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap for later.

Notes

  • Use seedless grapes to avoid unwanted crunch.
  • Make the filling ahead and refrigerate for deeper flavor.
  • Toast tortillas lightly to make them more pliable and flavorful.
