- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and butter until melted.
- Add Brussels sprouts cut side down. Cook for 6–8 minutes without stirring until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender and sauce has thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
- Top with bacon crumbles if using, and serve warm.
