- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles on prepared sheet.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture to the wide end of each triangle, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking sides if needed.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with rosemary if desired.
Notes
- Use whole berry cranberry sauce for best texture and flavor.
- Do not overfill to prevent leaking during baking.
- Can be assembled ahead and stored in fridge before baking.
