Description

This Chunky Dumpling Salsa is a bold, garlicky, and spicy condiment packed with crispy bits, fresh herbs, and umami-rich flavor. Perfect for dumplings, noodles, rice, or anything that needs a kick.


Ingredients

  • 56 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 stalks Green Onions, finely sliced
  • ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Chili Oil (with bits)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chopped garlic, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. Add chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and toasted sesame seeds to the bowl.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve over hot dumplings or as a dipping sauce.
