- 4 stalks Green Onions, finely sliced
- ½ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 4 tablespoons Chili Oil (with bits)
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped garlic, green onions, and cilantro.
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Add chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and toasted sesame seeds to the bowl.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve over hot dumplings or as a dipping sauce.
