- 300 grams Chorizo Sausage, sliced into thick rounds
- 4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Hot Honey
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Small handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place your skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Add olive oil and sliced garlic to the skillet. Cook until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Remove garlic and set aside. Leave the infused oil in the pan.
- Add chorizo slices in a single layer. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy.
- Return garlic to the pan. Add smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Turn off the heat and drizzle hot honey over the mixture. Toss gently to coat everything.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
