Ingredients

  • 300 grams Chorizo Sausage, sliced into thick rounds
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Hot Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Small handful Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place your skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
  2. Add olive oil and sliced garlic to the skillet. Cook until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove garlic and set aside. Leave the infused oil in the pan.
  4. Add chorizo slices in a single layer. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until crispy.
  5. Return garlic to the pan. Add smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds.
  6. Turn off the heat and drizzle hot honey over the mixture. Toss gently to coat everything.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Use cured chorizo for a firmer bite and smoky depth.
  • Make your own hot honey with honey and chili flakes if needed.
