- Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- Whisk in the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until the mixture looks glossy.
- Gently fold in the all purpose flour until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.
- Let rest for 1 minute, invert onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
