Description

Ingredients

  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 30 g all purpose flour
  • 10 g powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and generously grease four ramekins, then place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth, then let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until the mixture looks glossy.
  4. Gently fold in the all purpose flour until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  6. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.
  7. Let rest for 1 minute, invert onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
