Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease and flour a 10 to 12 cup Bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in vanilla.
- Mix in sour cream and milk on low speed until smooth.
- With the mixer on low, add dry ingredients in two additions, alternating with hot coffee, beginning and ending with the dry mix. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix.

- Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
