- 2 large grilled chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat to warm tortillas and reheat chicken if needed.
- In a blender, combine sour cream, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Warm each tortilla in the skillet for 10–15 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
- Spread chipotle sauce down the center of each tortilla. Layer with sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and optionally toast in the skillet for a few minutes for a crisp finish.
- Slice the wrap diagonally and serve with extra chipotle sauce if desired.
