Ingredients
Scale
- 10 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked tortellini and chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
- Double the sauce for an even creamier dish.
