Description

Chicken Spiedies are a classic upstate New York dish featuring marinated chicken cubes grilled to perfection and typically served on a roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

  • 4 rolls or Italian bread

Instructions
