Description

A creamy and comforting baked pasta dish made with tender chicken, rich sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for cozy meals and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 grams spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (about 300 grams)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot until al dente, then drain.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti with shredded chicken and the prepared sauce.
  5. Lightly grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture into it.
  6. Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Cook pasta just until al dente to avoid softness after baking
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting
  • Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess
  • Let the dish rest before serving for better texture
